01 / SCOPE
This notice covers the North website and shared North infrastructure. A specific product may provide an additional privacy notice.
North servicesAccount identifiers, messages you send to North, technical request data, security logs, service preferences and information needed to operate requested features.
To provide services, secure accounts and infrastructure, answer requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and meet applicable legal obligations.
North does not publish private account data by default. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers or disclosed when required by applicable law.
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the service, security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements. Retention can differ by data category.
North uses access controls, encrypted secrets, audit logs and server-side integrations. No system can guarantee absolute security.
07 / US
This view does not display the EU/EEA rights section as the default framework. Depending on your U.S. state and the service involved, applicable law may provide rights such as access, correction, deletion or certain choices about data use.
This page is a product privacy notice, not legal advice. Where a specific service or local law requires an additional notice, that notice takes priority for that context.
08 / SUPPORT
